Included with every CNMC Corp solution.

Backup scheduling and restoration testing is critical to preserving server continuity in the event of accidental file corruption or deletion. CNMC utilizes a robust backup and recovery tool from Vision Software to protect your data. On-the-fly, 448-bit encryption guarantees the security and integrity of your backups. We are expert implementers of Vision Backup for Windows. The Vision software is not intrusive and can be run during off-peak periods with zero downtime and minimal impact to your system’s performance.

In addition, backups are not the only line of defense. Each CNMC solution starts with mirrored RAID drives. CNMC also includes concurrent system imaging as a disaster recovery mitigation tool.

Near-line Backup

Incremental backups are made on a daily basis. A full backup of all client data is scheduled every week. All scheduled backups run during off-peak hours.

For clients with databases, CNMC makes independent database backups in addition to the full system backup. The full database is backed up daily.

Backup Media Restore Test

CNMC will test and verify backup media restoration upon client request.

Secondary Onboard Backup

Solutions that come with a onboard backup drive in addition to the standard RAID drive configuration are available. If your solution contains an onboard backup drive, the full use of the drive is left strictly for client directed backup purposes. CNMC will continue to use the near-line NAS (Network Attached Storage) as the primary backup storage medium.

Off-Site Backup

For clients requesting secure, off-site backups, the vaulting of the backup is handled once per month. Off-site copies are made to tape or removable hard disks. Network based off-site backup options are also available.

Unscheduled off-site backups can be requested by the client.
